ご注文の注意事項

◆お支払い方法について

• ・商品やご予約のタイミングによって選択いただけるお支払方法に制限がございます。各商品ページ「お支払方法」の項目をご確認ください。
• ・お支払い方法にクレジットカードを選択される場合、デビッドカード、プリペイドカードのご利用はご遠慮ください。
• ・クレジットカードの有効期限は、商品発売日まで有効のものをご使用願います。ご注文が確定していた場合でも、発売日までに有効期限が切れている場合はクレジットカードの再登録が必須となり、場合によっては発売日までに出荷ができないこと、支払方法を変更いただくこと、キャンセル処理させていただくことがあります。

◆ご購入について

• ・お一人様3セットまでとさせていただきます。
• ・ご注文には会員登録が必要です。
• ・ご注文確定後、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりません。

◆商品の発送について

• ・ご予約のタイミングやお届け先の地域によっては、商品のお届けが発売日以降となる場合がございます。
  あらかじめご了承の上、ご注文ください。

なお、当店では配送会社に商品を引渡しましたタイミングで【ご注文商品の発送のお知らせ】メールをお送りしております。そちらをもって発送完了となりますので、あわせてご確認ください。

◆About payment methods

• ・There are restrictions on the payment methods depending on the product and the time of placing a pre-order. Please check the "Payment Methods" of each product page.
• ・Please do not use debit card or prepaid card if you choose credit card as your payment method.
• ・Please use a credit card which is valid until the month the product is released. Even if your order is already confirmed, you will need to re-register your credit card if it has expired at the time of preparation for shipment. In this case, it may not be possible to ship by the release date.

◆About purchasing

• ・There is a limit of three per customer.
• ・Member registration is required in order to place an order.
• ・Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer's personal preference.

◆About shipping

• ・Depending on the order date and delivery location, products may not be delivered until after the release date. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We will send you an e-mail when we have delivered the items to the shipping company. It is an announcement of the completion of shipment.
